RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL

Amber Hues Innovation is a Partnership firm , having its registered
address at 2403 Annora, Rodas Enclave Hiranandani Estate Thane 400607 is an online
e- commerce platform for sale of Ceramic Serve wares, Wall art and Portraits
and Home Décor Products.

The term “Customer(s)” or “User” or “Users” or “you” or “your” means any
individual which uses, accesses or, browses the Website and/or purchases
the Products on the Website.

Amber Hues’s return and exchange policy gives you the option to return
Product(s) purchased on for specified reasons as per the Policy within the
specified return period.

 We aim to provide the best
Customer experience to our customers from placing an order to initiating a
cancellation/return/refund.

This Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”)
sets out procedures and policies in accepting: (a) return, (b) exchange, and (c) cancellation. 

APPLICABILITY
OF POLICY


By purchasing or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) through Amber
Hues Innovation, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this
Policy as well as respective return policy mentioned in the Product page.
If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not
to transact on Amber Hues Platform. Please note that, we may from time to
time change the terms of the Policy. Every time you wish to use Platform,
please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions
that apply at that time. 

RETURN

Most of the Products sold by Amber Hues are Fragile, although utmost care is
taken to ensure there is no transit damage during shipment.  We impress upon our customers to make a video
while opening the package to ensure that the products they received are free
from any transit/ shipment damage.

In the event of the customer receiving the product in damaged
conditions, they can simply upload the video as stated above along with their
order number and send the replacement request 
to customercare@amberhuesdecor.com for immediate attention.

 

Please note customers will only get free replacement if the product is
received by them in damaged conditions.  In case the customer wants to replace
because they did not like the Product, shipping charges as shared by the
company to be borne by the customer and paid in advance before the replacement
is affected.

Any replacement request needs to be made with in 2 days of receiving the
products for us to process.


RETURN PICK-UPS AND PROCESSING

Maximum Retail Price (“MRP”) tag should be clearly visible and non-detached
from the Product, the Product description/bar code should match with the
MRP tag attached.

Whatever items are being delivered with the Product (including any in-the-box
accessories, ancillary items (free), and combos (if any)) should be
returned to the return pick-up personnel with the complete packing in
which the Product was delivered.

The Products should be unused, unwashed, without any stains, and with
non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever
applicable). Original packaging of the Product should not be damaged. The
return pick-up personnel will refuse to accept the return if any of the above
conditions are not met. 



RETURN PICK-UP POLICY

Amber Hues offers our customers a convenient, hassle-free, return pick-up
Policy. Our Policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the entire pick-up
process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order:

You can submit the request via email at customercare@amberhuesdecor.com
within 2 days of receipt of products. Please mention your order number and share
Product images/ Video as stated above along with the reason for return to
help us quickly process your returns.

Please ensure that the returned Product is unused, unwashed, undamaged
and is in a saleable condition. We request you to maintain the original
packaging of the items to be returned, including the Product tags.

The pick-up delivery personnel will do a basic quality check for the
Product. If the quality check fails, the delivery personnel reserve the right
to refuse the pick-up. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed
securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 4-7 business days
from the date of request.

 

CANCELLATION
OF RETURN REQUEST


A request for order cancellation can be made within 2 days of placing the
order, by sending the mail to customercare@amberhuesdecor.com.  We will
not be able to entertain the order cancellation request after 2 days of placing
the order or once the good have been handed over to the logistic partner, which
ever is earlier

 

CLAIMING
REFUNDS

For UPI/ Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:

As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done
online at the time you made the purchase and authorised the payment, we
will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.

  • In the case of refunds, banks normally take up to 7 business days
    to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our
    end.
  • Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

  • This Policy and any other agreement whereby Amber Hues provided any services to customers shall be Governed by and construed in accordance with laws India.  Courts at Thane
    Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction on the matter arising from
    or in connection with this policy or service
  • Amber Hues will not be responsible for any material damage or otherwise,
    or consequential damages, which may arise due to usage of products or
    services provided by Amber Hues.  It
    is expressly understood and agreed by customer before purchasing products
    that Our Liability is limited to replacement of products or to a maximum
    of the selling price of the products.
