All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and are shipped through our trusted logistics partners. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. For orders with a cart value below ₹3,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹200 will be applicable and will be added at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor its progress. Delivery timelines generally range between 5–10 business days, depending on your location, although delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. We request customers to provide accurate shipping information, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
